Som nadšená a kreatívna kuchárka a pekárka a do pečenia sa vrhám s nadšením. Chlieb som začala piecť pre zábavu a vďaka mnohým pokusom a omylom sa moje pečenie stalo vítaným relaxom. S čoraz menšími prestávkami sa od roku 2015 viac a  viac venujem zapájaniu prevažne logiky počas pečenia. V roku 2019 som získala odbornú kvalifikáciu v odbore pečenie chleba a to spečatilo moju vášeň pre pečenie chleba. V roku 2023 som absolvoval kurz pečenia chleba s Beeshamom Soogrim, keď bol hosťom v Nemecku. Podarilo sa mi ho pritiahnuť do Českej republiky, a tak som mala v roku 2024 tú česť viesť prvý majstrovský kurz pečenia v Českej republike. 

Vďaka mojim osobitým skúsenostiam a netradičným metódam učím pristupovať k pečeniu chleba trochu inak, premýšľať o surovinách a hlavne sa pečenia nebáť.

Arrival to the Wonderland

DAY 1 ~ Marhaba. You are warmly welcome

Arrival in Marrakesh. After arrival, we will take a comfortable transfer to Riyadh (hotel), where a welcome ritual will await us - real Moroccan mint tea and typical Moroccan cookies. We begin our wellness and relaxation stay by slowing down and relaxing in our beautiful Riad, and in the evening with a beautiful sunset, we enjoy a homemade Moroccan dinner from the pure natural resources of our sanctuary.

2.- 5. deň - spoločný a voľný program 

Spoločný a voľný program v našom kúzelnom útočisku na úpätí pohoria ATLAS. Tento skrytý poklad , neočakávane tichá svätyňa, s výhľadmi na háje olivovníkov, mandľovníkov a pomarančovníkov s dychberúcim výhľadom  bude naším domovom po nasledujúcich 5 dní.

Je tu pre Vás pripravených množstvo ďalších užitočných rád a návodov, ako sa vyhnúť chybám pri procese a príprave cesta. Ale aj to, ako si chleby pripraviť podľa seba, t. j. aké ďalšie prísady možno do cesta pridať. Tieto zručnosti @mari_klee učí  už niekoľko rokov, absolvovala  množstvo kurzov a vy tak máte jedinečnú príležitosť a šancu naučiť sa všetko za pár hodín. 

K dispozícii je kvas - ktorý bude v sušenej forme na prevoz domov - a samozrejme skriptá, do ktorých si môžete zapisovať svoje postrehy, aby ste si doma mohli upiecť rovnaký chlieb ako v Maroku.

Deň 6  ~ Raňajky a odchod z Maroka

Doprajte si posledné raňajky v krajine krásy a kontrastu predtým, ako Vás Váš súkromný šofér odvezie na letisko. V skutočnosti po 6  dňoch avšak na základe prežitých zážitkov sme tu strávili skoro mesiac. Naším želaním je, aby ste odišli s vedomím, že samotná cesta je cieľom

Marakéš - Mesto zázrakov. Stará Medina, Berberské trhy, mešita Koutoubia, Kasbah

Raňajky a čaká nás Marakéš. Červené mesto, Dcéra púšte, Bránu do hôr, Perlu juhu a Bagdad západu. Pulzujúce mesto, v ktorom sa vďaka farbám, vôňam, chutiam a zážitkom zosilňujú zmysly. Mesto zázrakov.

Krásy Marakéšu začneme objavovať ekologickým spôsobom. Kto nevyskúša, neuverí. Po pár hodinách na bicykli Vám garantujeme, že sa budete vedieť zorientovať v starom meste – medine – a budú z Vás praví domáci marrakchi. Spolu s mladými, miestnymi sprievodcami, v príjemnom tempe , objavíme skryté klenoty a zákutia Marakéšu, aké poznajú len miestni a ktoré zvyčajne zostávajú pred turistami ukryté.

Obed a poobede nás čakajú trhy v starej medine, na ktoré  si vyčleníme dostatok času. Pretože to, čo tu spolu uvidíme, ďaleko predčí naše očakávania. Nájdeme tu naozaj všetko, na čo si len pomyslíme – nádherné berberské šperky, voňavé koreniny, ručne zdobené šaty ako z 1000 a 1 noci, typické marocké topánky babouche, kožené kabelky, ručne pletené košíky, majstrovsky tepané lampy, sošky z alabastru, drahé kamene a krištály, tradičné berberské koberce. Podvečer návrat na hotel, večera.

Breakfast and we have time only for ourselves. We will survive and fully immerse ourselves in all the wonderful experiences that await us. We relax by the pool at our hotel and enjoy the warm and sunny weather, privacy, delicious food.

In the afternoon, a local HAMMAM experience awaits us. Hammam is a traditional spa ritual, after which time and space take on a completely different dimension. The ritual, which is above all beneficial for the body and mind, has played an important role in Moroccan culture for centuries. The combination of heat and pure herbal preparations means that there are few treatments in the world as effective as the hammam. A traditional hammam procedure followed by a massage with the option of ancient massage techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Culinary cooking course

With our love for Moroccan gastronomy, which is tantalizing, delicious, healthy and rich in history, one step was to create this absolutely opulent experience - a cooking class led by Berber women whose skills and practice have been passed down from generation to generation.

Together we will embark on this journey of ours - a food experience with local residents, where thanks to the combination of traditions, the wisdom of ancestors, fresh ingredients (which is almost a matter of course in this country - picking fruits and vegetables connects Berbers with the soil) and the best spices from the local market we will create food that nourishes our body, mind and spirit. And this is thanks to the deep roots of the connection with the original inhabitants - the Berbers, whose territory begins in the Egyptian desert and ends on the coast of the Canary Islands.

Marrakech Desert with a Wonderful Microclimate

Desert at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. A magnificent and majestic place, with a million stars in the sky.

The desert plateau offers an opportunity to breath freh air and enjoy an open view, relax.  We adapt very quickly to the rhythm of the desert with incredible ease. Love for life. We are in the desert and have the opportunity to experience the Story. About the powerful story of women - who were beautiful, strong and free and men who knew the Truth, understood the language of the desert and followed its signs. A story about trade caravans that traveled through the endless desert.

Ancestral magic, Valley of Beauty and Berber culture

Located at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, the valley is an ideal excursion for nature lovers or for anyone who wants to take a break from the city.

Leaving Marrakech behind , a completely different world opens up. The landscape turns green and a beautiful road takes us to this valley with olive groves, orchards, agricultural fields, stunning mountain scenery and a river.  In spring it is full of cherry and almond blossom trees, in autumn it offers an unrepeatable view against the backdrop of the snow-capped peaks of the High Atlas Mountains.

Easy hiking. Nature and places so magical and powerful that they make your soul sing, satiate you and fill you with gratitude and awe.

We will pass through charming villages and you will have the opportunity to experience the traditional Berber way of life. The journey ends in Setti Fatma, the last village accessible by road, which is the starting point for our hiking trips in the Atlas Mountains. At the end of the trip, you will enjoy an authentic Moroccan lunch on the banks of the river.

After lunch, we will visit a local co-op and connect to an ancestral legacy through the powerful magic of Berber carpets. Think carpets don't do anything for you?
When you tap into the legacy of the ancestors through their powerful magic, believe that everything will be different. This whole ritual has certain rules. You have to lie down on the carpet and think, touch it with your feet and hands and drink at least two cups of tea. And then it happens. Your carpet will attract you, normally like when love happens, only it's not between a woman and a man, but between you and that carpet. That's how it works in this powerful magical land - the carpet will call you the moment you are ready to connect through symbols, through colors, with the ancestors.
